ABOUT DAWN SYLOFSKI

I began my indoor cycling journey 17 years ago when I took a class at a local gym. I became addicted to cycling classes which inspired me to become certified. I have been an indoor cycling instructor for the past 16 years at the Glens Falls Y and look forward to sharing my love of spin with the members at The GYM. 

When I am not on a spin bike or at The GYM taking group classes, I love spending time with my amazing 13 year old daughter. I am also an Account Manager with a national Employee Benefits Consulting firm.
